Founded in 1989, PF Cusack are an independent, owner managed company and have established a reputation as a leading nationwide supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hand Tools, Consumables, First Aid and Road Traffic Management products to the Utility, Construction, Road and Rail industries with annual turnover in excess of £30M.
We employ over 160 trained staff and hold over £3M of stock on average at any time at 5 depots in London, Midlands, Somerset, Scotland and Bolton, which together with our own modern transport fleet, allows us to provide nationwide coverage. We utilise a state-of-the-art GPS based transport tracking system so that we can pinpoint the precise location of our delivery vehicles at any time to provide our customers with up-to-date delivery details; all our drivers are contactable by mobile phone.
We are Link Up and Achilles Approved and have FORS Gold accreditation.
We have invested in sign production facilities at our Midlands Depot which enables us to produce signs.
Our Midlands Depot also houses our Computerised Digitisation and Embroidery Service. All our branches offer an in-house badging service to apply customer logos on to garments such as Hi-Vis Vests, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, etc. and we maintain stocks of customer heat seal badges to ensure we can provide a next day service.

We have the ability to fully manage your bespoke embellishment requirements and we understand how vital your company’s image is, whichever sector your work in.
Our National Branding Centre can fully manage your branding requirements, guaranteeing consistency and continuity throughout the entire process. We have the ability to heat seal badges in minutes and without our state of the art embroidery facility, we can reproduce your company’s image accurately and professionally without third party intervention which many of our competitors rely on. Backed up with a vast array of base garments in a wide range of styles, colours and specifications, we can handle any order, large or small, with the highest level of detail that you require.
We have been manufacturing branded garments in house for over five years and have some significant customers who use our facility for their branding requirements. We have a wealth of experience in badging and branding and pride ourselves on helping the whole process run smoothly. We can deliver high volumes of professional looking branded garments that compliment your company’s identity. Our embroidery machines are software driven, capable of converting any logo into a digital image, ready for embroidery. In addition to clothing, we have the ability to brand safety helmets and other accessories with your company branding.
Whether it’s a rebrand or an annual full kit issue to staff, we can reduce any associated stress by providing ‘Person Packs’. Once delivered, having to select a multitude of garments in different sizes, coupled with site specific footwear and PPE without assistance can be incredibly daunting. We have a proven system in place which enables us to deliver any number of bespoke Person Packs directly to your employees, in full, within agreed deadlines, providing peace of mind and an audit trail of issue.
