4×4 Rolling Road
We have a Dastek 4 wheel drive rolling road. We offer power runs on all types of performance car.
Corner Weights
With the Intercomp corner weight scales we can adjust suspension systems for optimum performance.
Injector Servicing
We have the NewAge injector test bench, we can test injector performance ( fuel delivery, spray pattern).
Fault & Diagnosis
Using AUTOCOM ADP186, we can diagnose faults on modern engine management systems. With the PICOSCOPE, we can test & diagnose faults with individual components, (sensors, actuators), ignition & fuel injection systems.
Wheel Alignment & Geometry
We use the Supertracker laser alignment system, we can set the wheel alignment and suspension geometry on all vehicles.
Unichip (Dastek) Dealers)
We are a unichip dealer. The Dastek Unichip is a piggy back unit that works in conjunction with the engine management ECU and modifies signals to improve performance. The Unichip is tuned on our rolling road to achieve the optimum performance gains for every individual vehicle. We can offer ‘Plug In’ performance upgrade boxes for most diesels.
Performance Upgrade:
Engine management re-mapping is carried out using the Dimsport Genius system. Performance gains can be expected of:
N/A petrol – 8 – 10%
Turbo petrol – 15 – 25%
Turbo diesel – 20 – 30%
