Oakwood Distribution
Oakwood Distribution was set up in September 2008 to distribute and merchandise entertainment products in Tesco stores (DVDs, CDs and computer games). As a subsidiary of Tesco Holdings plc we only work within Tesco.
Since then we have expanded our presence into several other exciting categories including Books, Cosmetics, Tesco Bank, Gift Cards, Hair Care and Korbond Stitch & Sew.
Oakwood has nearly 2000 employees in our Head Office, Distribution Centre and within Tesco stores throughout the UK. It’s our people that make the difference. Our company Values are used to focus everyone working in Oakwood to support Tesco. Working together and living these Values will help us to ensure no-one tries harder for customers and we will treat people how we ourselves would like to be treated.

Oakwood Distribution was set up in September 2008 following a buyout of Handleman UK by Tesco Holdings plc.

- Tesco Bank
- Gift Cards
- Hair Care
- Korbond Stitch & Sew
- Oakwood’s Bolton based Distribution Centre has a floor space of 275,000 square foot that distributes over 100 million products a year to Tesco stores up and down the country
