We’re keeping our new online booking system to help keep everyone safe. Space is strictly limited. If a date or time is not available on the online calendar (available times are shown as Instant Book), it means it is unfortunately sold out. Instead, select the next available date and time of your choice. Please be advised that the Number of Guests is the total number in your group (adults and children added together).

Please ensure you are happy with your booking before purchasing your ticket as the system cannot make any edits once the transaction has completed. Please make sure that you arrive on-time to help us ensure a regular pattern of customer arrivals; please be aware that if you arrive late, you will still need to leave at the time you were due to.

Cancellations, Refunds and Re-Bookings

Tickets for Party and Play Funhouse are purchased on a non-refundable basis.
They can be re-booked free-of-charge for an alternative date with at least 48 hours’ notice in advance of your booked time.
If you wish to re-arrange your booking less than 48 hours before you are due to visit us, then a £5 re-booking fee will apply.

Our Rules of Play

• Party and Play encourage children to play, run free and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. As such, there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include children being exposed to moderate physical activity, tripping, falling and bumping into fixed objects and other children. Party and Play have taken every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance and operation of this Play Centre. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks whilst providing a stimulating environment; Guardians must recognise and accept this risk. A Guardian must be aged 18 or above.
• Only food and drink purchased at our Cafe may be consumed in Party and Play; anyone found contravening this Policy will be asked to leave immediately.
• PPFH request that users treat each other, our staff and our facilities, with respect; verbal or physical violence towards any member of staff or visitor to the Play Centre will not be tolerated.
• Guardians must supervise their children when using this play facility and ensure that they are playing within the correct age zone and are aware of these Rules of Play. Your children remain your responsibility, and you should be aware of where they are at all times.
• We provide members of staff who monitor the equipment and have access to the first aid facilities; these staffs are not provided to supervise children using the facilities.
• Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children.
• Unwell Children must not use the facility.
• We recommend that long sleeves and trousers are worn on the play equipment. Long hair should be tied back at all times, and children wearing glasses and false nails must take particular care.
• Indoors, Shoes must be removed before playing on the equipment and, for hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times.
• Outdoors, Shoes and socks must be worn at all times whilst using the outdoor equipment for safety reasons.
• Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc. must not be taken into the play areas.
• Personal items must be left with Guardians – we cannot accept any liability for loss or theft.
• No food, drink or sweets can be taken into the play areas. We recommend that children do not return to the play area immediately after eating.
• Chewing gum is not permitted in the building.
• Children must be accompanied by their Guardians when going to the toilet.
• To protect you and your children, no photographs are permitted to be taken outside of the Party Rooms.
• Only parties booked through us may be held within the play-centre, and no birthday cakes are allowed on the premises except in conjunction with one of our parties.
• When having your party here, no outside food (except birthday cakes), drinks, decorations or balloons are to be brought into our play-centre, either by the party organiser or their guests. Decorations purchased directly from Party and Play are permitted.
• Go-karts are available for under 5’s only with adult supervision. These are £1 per ride.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on the grounds of Party and Play, this includes e-cigarettes.
• We reserve the right to close our Outdoor Adventure Area in poor weather when it is advisable for Health and Safety reasons.
• Party and Play reserve the right to alter opening times, prices, menus and play equipment without prior notification.
• We reserve the right to restrict play sessions to 2 hours – this will be communicated to guests on arrival.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to ask anyone to leave the Play Centre without refund should these Rules not be followed.
